| 摘 要： | 职业院校要打破＂知识本位＂的传统教学思想,坚持＂能力本位,就业导向＂。为此,职业院校要把实践（实训）教学贯穿于职业教育整个人才培养的全过程,可采用模拟体验实训模式,以培养学生的创新精神,提高学生的综合职业能力,从而达到知识学习与动手运作有机融合,理论教学与实践教学双轨并合,专业培养与社会需求无缝接合的目的。
