| 摘 要： | 研究生学习型党支部是在学习型组织理论基础上提出来的,其建设必须围绕科学设置研究生党支部,建立严密的党员考核体系,依托学科平台、发挥导师的育人作用,构筑新的媒介载体、完善管理服务四个维度展开,其目的在于创新思路、拓宽渠道、搭建平台,确保研究生党员队伍的先进性、纯洁性,提高研究生党组织的凝聚力和战斗力。

| Abstract: | Learning-oriented party branch of postgraduates is proposed on the basis of learning-oriented organization theory,and its construction should set up the party branch scientifically,establishing a strict evaluation system,calling for the tutors to play the role of training and bringing up talents relying on the platform of subjects,building a new type of media carrier,and improving the management service.The purpose is to innovate the way of thinking,expand expression channels,and build up platforms,so as to ensure the purity and advance of the team,and enhance the power of cohesion and combat of the party branch of the postgraduate. |
