| 摘 要： | 高职院校新生适应性教育是大学生入学教育的重要工作,是新生适应新环境的迫切需要,对于刚刚跨入大学校门的大学新生来说,生活环境和学习环境都发生了重大变化,有些学生一时难以适应,心理矛盾加剧,学习动力缺乏,这些都严重影响了大学生的学习生活。因此,怎样才能尽快适应大学的学习生活,如何利用好自己的大学时光就显得格外重要。
