| 摘 要： | 对国内外电子商务人才培养模式研究与课程设置情况作了介绍。提出电子商务教育知识结构的分析模型，由此产生应用型人才的知识结构分析的二个视角。按照电子商务的发展阶段视角，在对我国的电子商务应用型人才的需求数量和层次作概要分析和对各个层次作简要界定之后，分析其所需的知识结构。按照电子商务企业的职位视角，调研了一些典型的电子商务企业，按照企业职位的不同层次和种类分析其所需的知识结构。

| Abstract: | The paper first introduces the E-commerce development conditions in China and in the world, and illustrates the urgency of training E-Commerce well-trained in the present time by summarizing the development of the E-Commerce education and the analyzing its defects. Then, it gives a detailed introduction of the research of training style of the E-Commerce well-trained and the setup of curricula of domestic and oversea. It puts forward the inside processing laws that E-Commerce education must match the market orient. Based on this, after the discussion of the major contents of the setup of the positions and the E-Commerce exchange process, the paper try to designs the knowledge framework of the E-Commerce applied well-trained. |
