| Abstract: | This article mainly deals with Deepening education and teaching reform, cultivating high quality useful talents. In terms of some vocational educational aspects such as educational guideline, educational idea, educational mode and educational method, the article answers how to deepen education and teaching reform and train more better qualified talents, which is a problem encountered and concerned by all universities. Besides, some thoughts and means are put forward for enhancing non-government colleges' inner construction and facilitating the comprehensive, coordinated and sustaining development. |
