| 摘 要： | 农村网络城市化的时代特征表现为：纵横交错的农村交通网络、资讯传输系统的“三网”合一和农村完善的供电供水系统。农村“小农理性命题”和诱致性制度变迁理论是农村网络城市化的重要理论基础。农村网络城市化是解决“三农”问题的途径，是建设社会主义新农村的关键。 |
