| 摘 要： | 管理学的实验教学能够培养学习者主动学习和知识创新的能力。常见的管理实验教学方法包括角色扮演、博弈实验：计算机模拟实验和模拟器模拟实验等，在实际教学中这几种方法往往会综合应用。实验教学方法不应简单地作为教学辅助工具，而应与教育理论相融合，以形成新的教学观。 |

| Abstract: | Experimental methods can be applied in management education to cultivate learner＇s ability of active learning and knowledge creation. There are four experimental methods that are often used in management education, which are role play, game experiment, experiment of computer simulation and experiment of simulator simulation. To avoid treating these methods simply as teaching tools we need to integrate new education theories. Basic teaching opinions of experimental management are formulated in this paper. |
