| 摘 要： | 在不同的行业中遍布着形态各异的创新网络,网络内部不断地进行着知识交流以及合作创新,为各行业的科研创新提供动力。本文以社会网络理论为基础,建立创新网络结构、双元性学习、颠覆性创新三者之间的理论模型。本文样本数据来源134家上海张江“药谷”医药行业企业、研究机构的专利分析以及问卷调查,通过多元回归分析进行实证检验,发现创新网络结构的位置中心性、网络稳定性以及网络结构洞对颠覆性创新具有显著的正向影响,利用式学习在创新网络结构的三个子变量位置中心性、网络稳定性以及网络结构洞与颠覆性创新之间起中介作用,探索式学习在位置中心性、网络稳定性与颠覆性创新之间起中介作用;在网络结构洞与颠覆性创新之间没有中介效应。从而帮助企业通过提高创新网络结构性质,促进颠覆性创新。

| Abstract: | In different industries throughout the various forms of innovation network, the network is constantly engaged in knowledge exchange and cooperation and innovation, for the various industries to provide impetus for scientific research and innovation. Based on the theory of social network, this paper establishes a theoretical model between innovative network structure, duality learning and disruptive innovation. The sample data source of this paper 134 Shanghai Zhangjiang "Pharmaceutical Valley" pharmaceutical industry enterprises, research institutions Patent analysis and questionnaire survey, through multiple regression analysis for empirical testing, found that the innovation network structure of the location of the center, Network stability and network structure hole on the disruptive innovation has a significant positive impact, The use of learning plays an intermediary role between the three sub-variables of innovation network structure, network stability, network structure hole and disruptive innovation, and exploratory learning plays an intermediary role between location center, network stability and disruptive innovation, and there is no intermediary effect between network structure hole and disruptive innovation. In order to help enterprises by improving the nature of innovative network structure, to promote disruptive innovation. |
