| 摘 要： | 通过多年的教学实践 ,对学生的个性进行了归纳分类。针对不同的个性特点 ,在教学过程中对学生进行自我意识和能力的培养 ,通过创造良好和谐的体育环境 ,加强对学生心理素质的训练 ,使学生的个性得到最优发展 ,形成合理的并具独特性的知识能力结构 ,造就充满活力、具有鲜明个性的特长。

| Abstract: | According to teaching practice of several years, this paper classifies the students' personalities, and ability and self consciousness during the teaching process. In order to strengthen the students' mental quality, develop their personalities, form reasonable and unique frame of knowledge, make them full of energy and form their own unique characteristics, we should create a good PE environment. |
