运用DEFORM的连续冷却转变曲线数值仿真

摘    要:为测定过冷奥氏体的连续冷却转变(Continuous Cooling Transformation, CCT)曲线,运用有限元软件DEFORM,在考虑变物性参数和相变的基础上,获得轴承钢GCr15的等温转变(Time Temperature Transformation, TTT)曲线;运用孕育期叠加原理,对温度场、应力-应变场和组织场等进行耦合计算,得到轴承钢GCr15在冷却过程中每个瞬间的温度、组织转变情况,绘出CCT曲线.仿真结果与实测的CCT曲线相符,表明该方法可为新型材料CCT曲线的绘制提供新的有效途径.

Abstract:To measure the Continuous Cooling Transformation (CCT) curve of supercooled austenite, the Time Temperature Transformation (TTT) curve of the bearing steel GCr15 is obtained by using the finite element software DEFORM on the basis of considering the thermal property and phase transformation. The temperature and microstructure change of the bearing steel GCr15 at each moment is obtained by applying the incubation period superposition principle to the coupling calculation of temperature field, stress strain field and microstructure field, and then the CCT curve of the material is plotted out. The simulation result is consistent with the measured CCT curve. It shows that the method provides a new and effective approach for the CCT curve plotting of new material.
