| 摘 要： | 从阐述统计指标的概念和港口生产性质出发，依据我国港口实际情况，着重讨论了港口统计中最重要的指标——港口吞吐量的统计口径，并就统计实践中遇到的问题进行了分析，指出了对港口吞吐量统计口径进行调整的必要性以及调整的方法。

| Abstract: | Starting with the expounding of the concept of the statistics index and harbour production characteristics, this paper focuses on the discussion of the harbour handling capacity statistics requirement, which is the most important index in harbour statistics. The paper analyses various problems encountered in harbour statistics practices. The necessity and the method of the revision of the harbour handling capacity statistics requiremt are pointed out in this paper. |
