| 摘 要： | 为培养学生自主发展的意识和能力,学校在德育工作中应以促进教师成长为突破口,以培养学生的良好习惯为重点,注重教师队伍的自主建设和学生思想品德的自主培养,逐步形成“自主管理,自主成长”的德育模式,向自主管理标准化、系统化、特色化的目标迈进。
