| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、访谈法等对广州市城乡居民的健身现状和科学健身需求等进行了调查,旨在为构建适合城乡基层大众的科学健身示范区提供参考依据。结果显示：大部分城乡居民参加体育健身,健身的主要场所为附近公园,小区空地等,体现就近原则,其主要的运动项目是散步、羽毛球、广场舞等,普遍认为科健身很有必要,但存在着缺乏专人指导、体质监测、运动风险预防等科学指导服务,且结果显示在科学健身服务需求上存在显著个体差异性。为此,依据调研得出的结果提出构建科学健身示范区,完善科学健身服务体系的建议,为广大城乡居民提供适宜的科学健身指导服务平台。

| Abstract: | In this paper use questionnaires, interviews and others to survey urban and rural residents in Guangzhou City fitness status and scientific fitness requirements, etc. were investigated, designed to provide a reference for the construction of scientific fitness demonstration area for urban and rural grassroots public. The results showed that: Most urban and rural residents to participate in physical fitness, fitness of the main places nearby parks, community open space, reflecting the principle of proximity, its main sport is walking, badminton, square dance, generally considered a health department is necessary, but there is a lack of supervised, physical surveillance, risk prevention and other scientific sports guidance services, and the results showed the presence of significant individual differences in the demand for services on science and fitness. To this end, according to the results of the research results of scientific fitness demonstration area proposed to build and improve scientific advice fitness service system for the majority of urban and rural residents to provide appropriate scientific fitness guide service platform. |
