| 摘 要： | 高等学校是知识创新和技术创新的重要基地，是知识产权的大量拥有者。但由于高校在计划经济体制下形成的管理体制和思维模式，使得它的经营意识、竞争意识和自我保护意识还很淡薄。许多高校及科研工作者对于智力劳动成果的产权意识、保护意识较差，知识产权流失较为严重。因此，高等学校应高度重视并采取相应对策，加强知识产权的保护，使知识产权管理走向法制化、科学化，努力开创知识产权工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universitys are very important basis of knowledge creation and technique creation. They own lots of intellectual property rights. But because the universities has formed a fired managerial system and mode of thinking under the planned economy system, is management awareness. competition awareness and self-protection aworeness are still very weak. Many universities and science researchers do not have a strong awareness to protect their intellectual products so universities should pay much attention to it and solve it , strengthen the protection . so the intellectual property rights can bc legaliicd . scientificlizd and create a new wlrld of intellectual property rights. |
