| 摘 要： | 阐述了体育教师培养培训一体化的理论构建：体育教师职前培养、入职教育和职后培训一体化,校本培训与院校培训一体化,师范院校、综合性大学与其他非师范类高校培训一体化;分别诠释其理论内涵及理论背景.提出该理论的实现途径：统筹考虑教育资源配置,实现体育教师职前培训、入职教育和职后培训一体化;建立激励约束机制,实现校本培训与院校培训相结合;开放师范教育体系,实现体育教师定向和非定向培养相结合.

| Abstract: | It expounded the constructive theory of the integralized cultivation and training of physical education teachers: the integralization of pre-post cultivation of P.E.teachers,post-holding education and post-post training,the training in one's own school and that in colleges and universities,and the cultivation in normal colleges and universities,comprehensive universities and that in the other non-normal institutions of higher learning,and explained its theoretical connotation and background as well.Meanwhile it put forward the channels to realize the theory,which were as follows: overall considering the disposition of education resources,realizing the integralization of P.E teachers' pre-post cultivation,post-holding education and post-post training,setting up a inspiring and restrictive mechanism,bringing about the combination of the training in one's own school and that in colleges and universities;opening normal education system and making the combination of directional and non-directional cultivation of P.E.teachers come true. |
