| 摘 要： | 采用车辆监控系统对输油气管道分布区域及巡检车辆进行实时的动态监控，使管理人员查询方便，对巡检车辆与人员的指挥调度便捷，提高管理人员调度管理的效率，实现油田车辆管理规范化、现代化的管理方法，解决了油田车辆的安全监控问题．

| Abstract: | The vehicle monitoring system was applied in real-time dynamic monitoring about pipeline distributing area and vehicle on the pipe laying is Sinkiang.The dynamic monitors on pipeline distributing area can be used to help manager improve the administrant efficiency.Meanwhile as the part of pipelines informationalized management,the information of pipeline distribution and the measure of superintendence and control on vehicle will be acquired by the manager.So the system aims to improve the efficiency in managing pipe distribution,providing the reference on informationalized management of pipelines. |
