| 摘 要： | 南通沿海前沿地区重点中心镇实施区镇合一管理体制的改革,对于更好地接受沿海大中城市的经济辐射,放大卫星城市功能,实现城市空间结构转型,促进城乡统筹发展,加快城乡一体化发展进程具有十分重要的意义。文章在实地调研的基础上,介绍了其历史过程与现状,总结了已取得的经验,分析了目前仍存在的问题,进而提出了推进这项改革的有关对策和建议。 |

| Abstract: | The management system reform of the integration of regions and towns in the coastal area of Nantong has a significant meaning on better accepting the economy radiation from large and medium-sized cities in coastal area,enlarging the functions of satellite cities,achieving the transformation of urban spatial structure,promoting the integrated development of urban and rural area and speeding up the integration of urban and rural areas.Based on the on-site research,this paper introduces its historic process and current situation,summarizes the experience that has been made and analyzes the problems and then puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote this reform. |
