摘    要:生活用能是反映居民生活水平的重要指标,影响生活能源消费量的主要因素有经济、地理和生活方式等。文章以中国28个省(市、区)为研究对象,分为北方城镇、北方农村、南方城镇、南方农村四组,分别建立面板数据模型,分析1997-2011年间各省区人均生活能源消费与人均收入的关系。结果显示:①人均生活用能与收入之间存在长期均衡关系;②由于加热和制冷是居民生活用能的主要方向,收入与用能的关联表现出有趋向的空间差异;③北方高纬度区域和南方低纬度区域人均生活用能受收入的影响最大。在农村地区二者的关联性普遍比城镇地区大,其中北方城镇化水平高的省份二者关联性更强,而在气候温和的南方,二者的表现较为复杂;④城镇化水平较高的地方单位收入对能源消费的影响更大些。由此建议,要通过清洁能源的开发、科技进步以及公共服务设施的合理配置实现绿色发展的目标。

Abstract:Per capita residential energy consumption is an important indicator that reflects quality of life and many factors impact energy consumption,such as economy,geographical condition and life style. We selected 28 provinces in China as focal areas and divided them into four groups (northern urban area,northern rural area,southern urban area and northern rural area)and utilized panel data models to analyze the relationship between per capita residential energy consumption and income from 1997 to 2011. The results show that there is a long-term cointegration correlation between per capita residential energy consumption and income. Because household energy is mainly used in heating and cooling,climate becomes a key factor influencing residential energy consumption. Consequently,the relationship between income and household energy consumption presents spatial differences. The elasticity coefficients of income to residential energy consumption are comparatively large in the high latitude area of northern China and low latitude areas of southern China. The correlation between residential energy consumption and income in rural areas was generally stronger than that for urban areas. Specifically,in northern areas,the higher the urbanization rate,the stronger the correlation between household energy consumption and income; for southern areas with a mild climate the connection between these two factors is more complex. However,the overall trend is that the influence of per capita income on energy consumption is relatively large in areas with higher urbanization. Since the level of economic development and climate both play an important role in household energy consumption,it is necessary to develop clean energy,improve technology and allocate public service facilities rationally to achieve green and sustainable development across China.
