| Abstract: | In this paper,on the basis of the research on the literature of science and technology system,the connotation of public security science and technology and its particularities were defined.Then the system of public security science and technology and its frame were given and analyzed.Finally five operation mechanisms for public security science and technology innovation system were designed. |
