| 摘 要： | 新中国成立前夕，美国采取了两手对华政策。面对西方国家的封锁和不承认态度，中国政府制定了“另起炉灶”和“一边倒”的外交方针，并与苏联签订了友好互助条约。在阻止中苏结盟的构想落空后，美国很快确立了“孤立”、“遏制”中国的政策。随着朝鲜战争的爆发，两国进入全面对抗时期。

| Abstract: | On the eve of the founding of People's Republic of China, U. S. A. implemented" the dual tactics" to new China. In the face of the nonrecognition and blockade policy of western countries, Chinese govemment made its new foreign policies, declared n make a fresh start" and" lean to one side", and signed the treaty of friendship with Soviet Union. Having failed to prevent new China from entering Soviet Camp, U. S. A. took the policy of isolation and containment to China. With the breaking out of Korean War, the relationship of the two countries entered confrontation period. |
