| 摘 要： | 通过研究国内外技术转移体系建设的创新实践,包括构建技术转移政策体系、搭建技术转移平台、建设技术转移机构、培养技术经理人、实施技术转移奖补等方面,总结广东省技术转移体系建设的发展现状,分析其发展过程中存在的问题与不足,提出加强技术转移体系顶层设计,构建技术转移生态系统,聚集全球创新资源,完善社会激励机制,营造良好社会氛围,加大财政投入等加快广东技术转移体系建设的建议。

Research on Accelerating the Construction of Technology TransferSystem in Guangdong |

| Abstract: | This paper studies the innovation practice of the domestic and international technology transfer system construction, including constructing technology transfer policy system, construction of technology transfer platform, construction of technology transfer organization, training of technology manager, implementation of technology transfer award and so on, and summarizes the development status of construction of technology transfer system in Guangdong, analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the development process, and puts forward to strengthen the technology transfer the top-level design of the transfer system, construction of the technology transfer ecosystem, gathering of global innovation resources, perfecting social incentive mechanism, the creation of a good social atmosphere, and the increasing of financial investment are the suggestions to speed up the construction of the technology transfer system in Guangdong. |
