预应力管桩在淮河漫滩地质条件工程中的应用

摘    要:在安徽省淮河漫滩地区,长期采用夯扩桩作为工业与民用建筑的桩基础,但当15m埋深范围内没有桩端持力层时,采用传统的桩基础存在成本高、工期长等问题。介绍了一种新型的桩基础——预应力管桩在该地区的成功应用。通过一个施工实例介绍预应力管桩适应的地层条件、设计步骤和施工质量检验方法等,为今后预应力管桩在该区的大范围推广使用积累了经验。

Abstract:Tamping and expanding piles have been used as pile foundation of civil building in Huaihe river floodplain areas of Anhui province for a long time.But the cost and time are problems when using traditional pile foundation,as there is no pile point supporting layer in 15m burial depth.This paper introduces a new prestressed pipe pile foundation,including its applicable layer conditions,design process and quality inspection.Its application will surely accumulate experiences for widely using in larger range in ...
