| 摘 要： | 步德茂以刑科题本中相关命案史料为切入点，以财产权冲突为研究主线，再现了18世纪中国社会和经济变迁的过程。同时，他在史论关系的处理上，既不偏颇，也没有简单的线性对应，而是在“以论带史”和“论从史出”之间的共生关系中描绘了历史变迁的宏观全貌和细微之处。

| Abstract: | Taking the related historical materials about homicide cases from the criminal archives in the Qing Dynasty as the point of penetration, and taking the conflict about property rights as the mainline of the research, the author re-creates the process of social and economic changes of China in the 18th century. Meanwhile, as regards the matter to handle the relationship between the theory of history and historical materials, the author shows a just and fair attitude and avoids a simple correspondence between both. Instead, with the coexistence of the ＂Theory to historical materials＂ and the ＂Theory from historical materials＂, the author outlines the overall economic changes in the 18th century. |
