| 摘 要： | 中国先贤关于人性假设的研究对于宪法价值哲学的逻辑探源是有借鉴意义的:性善论与宪法价值的逻辑基础是相互排斥的,性恶论与宪法价值基础的逻辑前提是不对称的,人性可塑论才是宪法价值哲学的逻辑基础。

| Abstract: | The research into human nature hypotheses made by the Chinese scholars of the past is of referential significance for the exploration of the logical origin of constitutional value philosophy,of which the theory of original goodness of human nature and the logical basis of constitutional value are repulsive to each other,the theory of original badness of human nature is unbalanced with the logical premise constitutional value basis,and the theory of moldable human nature is the logical basis of constitutional value philosophy. |
