组织结构对企业技术创新的影响

摘    要:首先分析了企业成功地进行技术创新所必须经历的两个过程:创新观念的产生和对创新的执行。然后分析了组织结构对创新观念和创新执行力的影响。最后,本文提出了基于技术创新的组织结构设计思路。即通过将结构性要素结构化和将柔性要素柔性化的原则,根据创新观念产生所需要的环境特点,将组织结构设计中的文化和沟通要素进行柔性化设计,将稳定执行创新所需要的责任界定、优先等级和进度控制与时间限制进行定量化设计,以保证企业成功实现技术创新。

Abstract:This paper firstly analyzes the two pre-requisites for an enterprise which succeeds in technologic innovation. That are, the bringing of innovative conception and the implementing capability. Then the paper analyzes the influences of organizational structure on both innovative conception and the implementing capability. Finally, the paper develops a method to design organizational structure in basis of technologic innovation, that is, In principle of configuration of structural elements and flexibility of flexible elements, we should make cultural and communicational elements more flexible and make responsibility confirmation, preference grading, progress controlling and schedule controlling more quantificational which are required by innovative implementation to innovate successively for an enterprise.
