| 摘 要： | 顾维钧是北洋时期杰出的外交家，其“联美制日”的外交策略在山东问题的交涉过程中得到充分体现。“联美制日”这一外交策略有其历史原因和现实可能性，在其实际操作中也尽可能地维护了中国的根本权益。

| Abstract: | Gu Wei-jnn was an outstanding diplomat in the late Qing Dynasty. His diplomatic strategy of "alliance with the US to subdue Japan" was fully embodied in the negotiation on the Shandong issue. The diplomatic strategy of "alliance with the US to subdue Japan" has its historical reasons and feasibility in reality, and through the operation of the strategy, the fundamental rights and interests of China were maintained to the greatest extent. |
