| 摘 要： | 随着我国涉外经济的进一步发展，涉外纠纷也越来越多，因此，涉外民事管辖权制度也显得更为重要。本在归纳我国涉外民事诉讼管辖权制度的基础上，对如何进一步地完善我国涉外民事管辖权制度提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | With the further development of the foreign-related business of our country,more and more disputes concerning foreign affairs are appeared. So the system of civil jurisdiction concerning foreign affairs is becoming even more important . This article has summed up the basic system of the civil jurisdiction concerning foreign affairs of our country briefly, and has put forward some suggestions to how to improve the system of civil jurisdiction concerning foreign affairs of our country further. |
