| 摘 要： | 在素质教育的过程中，之所以要重视学生个性的发展，是因为：个性发展是马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论的核心内容，良好的个性品质能强烈地影响个人创造力的发展是人才成功的关键，要培养学生鲜明的个性，既要树立个性发展的思想，还要在课程设置，教学组织形式及教学方法的选择、考试方法的改革等方面迈出切实的步伐。

| Abstract: | This paper claims that the cultivation of personality in quality education is the key issue of the Marxist theory about the all round development of individuals. It believes that good personalities will give rise to the development of creativity and ensure success for talents. To cultivate students' distinctive personalities, it suggests colleges adopt the idea of personality cultivation as well as take practical steps to redesign curriculums, improve teaching methods and reform testing approaches. |
