| 摘 要： | 电子商务使传统的企业生产组织和经营方式受到冲击 ,政策法规不适应新要求 ,物流配送方式发生变化。发展电子商务 ,要打破行业管理体制 ,加强法律法规的研究与制定 ,推动物流配送体系社会化 ,完善商业信用支付体系。

| Abstract: | Electronic business affairs are pounding the traditional enterprise production organizations and ways of management,because policies laws and regulations are unfit for the changed requirements and ways of distribution of materials .In order to develop electronic business affairs,it is necessany to break the management system of trades,reinforce the study and making of laws and regulations,promote the socialization of the distribution of materials and perfect the payment system of commercial credit payment. |
