| 摘 要： | 清末民初，面对内忧外患的民族危机，严复敏锐地意识到国民素质低下是中国积贫积弱的根源，遂提出了“鼓民力、开民智、新民德”的三民思想，试图通过提高国民素质达到自强保种之目的。在这种认识的基础上，严复坚持教育优先，在教育研究和实践中投入了极大的精力。虽然历史最终证明了严复的失败，但是严复的三民思想至今仍然有其现实意义，提高国民素质，培养现代化的公民，应该仍然是我们现阶段社会主义建设的重要任务。

| Abstract: | In Late Qing and the Early Republican China,facing the Domestic disturbance and international pressure,Yan Fu incisively realized that the root of Chinese poverty and weakness is the poor national quality.In order to make the country wealthy and strong,Yan Fu put forward the Sanmin thougt,which includes " strengthening the national physical strength,developing the national intellectual ability,encouraging the national ethics".On this basis,Yan Fu took the education as the first,and pay more attention on the research and practice of education.Although history had proved Yan Fu's failure,his thought also has great value.Developing the national quality and training the modern citizen still should be the important task of socialism construction. |
