| 摘 要： | 互动式教学法是指在教学过程中充分发挥教师和学生双边的主观能动性，教师为主导，学生为主体，师生之间相互对话、相互讨论、相互交流和相互促进的先进教学方法。高职英语互动式教学成功的要素包括教师良好的专业素质、课前充分准备、互动教学方法运用、教学内容充实新颖等方面。实践高职英语教学新的理念就是要实现知识与情感的有效互动，有的放矢开展高职英语教学互动。
