| 摘 要： | 根据《大学生体质健康标准》的要求，对国家示范性院校学生体质健康测试结果进行多年跟踪分析．结果表明：经过国家示范性院校体育课程的学习，使我院学生的体质健康合格率呈现逐年提高的趋势，但仍未能达到国家体质健康标准的基本要求．对其原因进行分析，并提出了若干建议，为进一步推动国家示范性院校体育教学改革工作的深入发展，提供切实可行的依据．

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of College Students＇ Physical Health Standard, tracking analyses have been conducted for the test results of the students＇ physical health in this national demonstration school for many years. The results show that the qualification rate of our students＇ physical health has been improved year by year after the practice of national demonstration PE course. Yet it has not been able to achieve the essential requirements of this national demonstration school. This article analyzes its reasons and proposes several suggestions. And it also provides some feasible bases for the further development of our national demonstration PE reform. |
