| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献研究与教学实践相结合的方法,对如何搞好高职院校乒乓球选项课的教学进行了研究探讨,传统的灌输式教学已经不适合于现代学生,也无法提高学生的学习积极性、主动性。在新的教学尝试中采用分层次教学,课内外一体化教学、多媒体演示教学,并重视竞赛规则和裁判法的学习,改进考核评价方法等等教学措施,教学效果显著。

| Abstract: | Combining the studying of the documents and practice in teaching,the essay is aimed at exploring the way to improve the teaching efficiency of the table tennis class in higher vocational colleges,for the reason that the traditional teaching methods have proved not to be adjusted to the students nowadays,nor to motivate the students.In the essay,the author introduces varieties of methods he has adopted,such as hierarchical teaching,integration teaching,multimedia teaching.It’s stated that teachers should make students pay attention to the study into the rules of table tennis and the referee.Besides,teachers should improve the way they assess and evaluate the students. |
