| 摘 要： | 在当前，失业保险在我国发挥了巨大的作用。但是制度中还存在着很多问题和缺陷，这将直接影响到失业保险保障作用的发挥，因此，进一步完善失业保险制度迫在眉睫。拟在回顾我国失业保险制度历史变革的基础上，对现行制度的问题和完善措施做一简要分析。

| Abstract: | Currently,unemployment insurance in the promotion of China's state played a tremendous role.However,there are still many problems and shortcomings,which will directly affect the role of the unemployment insurance.Therefore,to further improve the unemployment insurance system is imminent.This papers reviewed the history of China's unemployment insurance system on the basis of changes in the current system problems and improve measures for a brief analysis. |
