| 摘 要： | 以888例大学生心理咨询记录为研究材料,进行计量学分析.结果显示:性别分布上,女生咨询人次多于男生.年级分布上,一年级到三年级学生的咨询人次多于四年级.时间分布上,咨询人次逐年增加,月份分布不均衡,集中在11月、12月.咨询类别上,发展性咨询占主体,应激源主要集中于人际关系、个性与人格、生涯规划三个方面.因此,应根据大学生个体咨询的性别、年级、时间、性质与应激源特点,安排高校心理咨询机构服务:尽可能多地提供以发展性为主的个体咨询;在11、12月增加咨询师数量和咨询时段;开设心理健康教育课程、团体咨询和讲座,覆盖到全体学生,多途径提高大学生心理健康水平.
