高体积分数铝基复合材料制备工艺的研究

摘    要:阐述了压铸法制备SiC/Al铝基复合材料的工艺,测试了碳化硅的粒径特性,并对碳化硅颗粒微观形貌进行了观察,采用湿法制备了碳化硅体积分数为60%碳化硅预制件素坯,并用该素坯制备了SiC/Al铝基复合材料。

Abstract:In this paper, the technology of preparing highvolume fraction aluminum composite material by pressure casting process has been expressed, We tested the grain size characteristics of silicon carbide, and observed the silicon carbide particle microstructure, we prepared the silicon carbide perform which volume fraction is 60%, at last We prepared the SiC/A1 aluminum composite material.
