| 摘 要： | 人类预期寿命的延长，促使社会老龄化，这已成为当今世界的一大趋势，老年人积极投身科学养生的行列，提高自理能力以及社会关爱等有效的举措，对于提高老龄化社会的生活质量，缓解由于老龄化问题带来的护理难题等家庭和社会的负担等具有积极的意义。在查阅中国古代哲学、中医学等文献资料的基础上采用演绎、推理、逻辑等方法进行研究，并得出结论。

| Abstract: | With
the prolongation of people's life expectancy,the aging problem has become more and more
serious.Thus,the old people's active engagement in the scientific health-keeping
activities as well as the social help does play a significant role in improving the old
people's life quality and alleviating the related serious problems confronted by both the
family and the society.The paper,on the basis of ancient Chinese philosophy,traditional
Chinese medicine, etc.,completes the research by deduction,inference,and logical
reasoning,and the effective conclusion is drawn. |
