| 摘 要： | 美国的第三级教育与法律的关系历经了一个从分离到密切相关的变化过程.从美国现行高等教育法制来看,现代第三级教育法具有诸多表现形式,大范围、深层次地影响着第三级教育的发展.目前,我国高等教育法已纳入修改议程,研究和了解美国第三级教育法的变化与发展,分析和借鉴美国第三级教育法的有益因素,无疑有助于我国高等教育法制走向完善.

| Abstract: | The relationship between the postsecondary education and postsecondary education legislation in America has experienced a process from divorce to affiliation. There are various forms for presentation for American postsecondary education law and they have exerted broad and profound influence on the development of postsecondary education in America. Amendment of higher education law in China has been put into agenda at the present, therefore it is helpful to research and understand the changes and development of American postsecondary education law in order in order to inform the construction of legal system in higher education in China. |
