| Abstract: | Quality, efficiency and innovation are the eternal subjects in distance education. The dialectical relations between quantity and quality, economic efficiency and social effect, heritage and innovation are critical to the development and the survive of Radio and TV Universities in China. In this paper, the author has made a brief exploration on these relations based on his years of distance education experience and practice. |
