| 摘 要： | 理想信念教育是党员教育的核心内容，党风党纪教育是后勤体制改革顺利进行的保障，党员素质教育是现阶段后勤改革向纵深发展的迫切要求。后勤社会化过程中的党员教育工作，要加强教育阵地建设，形成党员教育工作体系；要完善民主评议党员制度，实现党员自我教育；要树立典型，努力营造人人争当先进分子的浓厚风气；要立足长远，建设一支高素质的党务工作骨干队伍。

| Abstract: | The core of Party members' education is the education of ideas and believes. The education of Party discipline acts as a safeguard for the success of the systematic reform of rear-service. The practice of Party members' quality education is an urgent demand of a deeper development of the current logistic reforms. We should reinforce the front building to improve the system of democratic discussion about Party members to realize the aim of self-education, to set up models to create good atmosphere that everyone strives to be advanced individuals and to have a long-term plane to form a high-qualified backbone word team. |
