| 摘 要： | 自1933年美国等西方国家实行金融分业管制以来，金融分业与混业一直是一个很有争议性的话题。尤其在目前，随着金融交易技术进步、信息处理和传输手段改进，金融自由化和金融活动全球一体化趋势不断加强，越来越多的国家纷纷放弃原先的金融分业管制政策，越来越多的金融机构热衷于兼并收购和多元化经营，现实金融形势的变化不仅进一步提高了理论界对这个话题的关注程度，也迫使各金融管理当局及政府决策部门面临着艰难的抉择。本文通过对目前国际金融业经营模式的发展趋势以及我国金融业混业经营现象的分析，指出随着我国加入WTO和国家对金融业管制政策的调整，现行的金融业分业经营模式正面临着国际金融业混业经营的挑战。金融业从分业经营向混业经营的回归，也必然是中国金融体制改革的最终选择。同时，中国金融业经营模式的转换不会是一蹴而就的，将呈现出一种循序渐进、逐步完善的态势。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the development trend of international financial sector’s management mode and the mixed business management mode in China,the author points out that with the entry into WTO and the adjustment of China’s monitoring policies for financial sector,China’s separate business management mode is being challenged by international trend.The author concludes that the return from separate business management mode to mixed business management mode is the ultimate choice for China’s financial reform.The author also points out that the change of management mode in China’s financial sector will proceed for perfection step by step instead of achieving the desired results immediately. |
