| 摘 要： | 对西部地区的开发问题，许多学进行过探讨，提出了各种建议和设想。笔在对一些主要观点进行评析后，认为走中心村建设的道路是西部经济社会发展的切入点。通过中心村——普通镇——中心镇——小城市的发展道路，有力地推动农村城镇化进程，实现乡村地域经济的发展，是西部地区发展的根本出路。

| Abstract: | The development of the western region of China has become heated topic once again in the begining of the 21st century,This paper gives a brief discussion of some views and puts forward that it is a basic way out to carry out key village planning,meanwhile,the paper indicates that the werstern region can be developed along the road of key village planning-ordinary town-key town-city. |
