| 摘 要： | 灌输原则是马克思主义在革命的实践中总结出的一条重要的思想政治教育原则；疏导方针，也是我党在长期的革命实践中摸索和总结出的一条思想政治工作中的宝贵经验和基本原则；在新的历史时期，面对学生思想政治工作中出现的新情况新问题，思想政治工作在工作中始终坚持并正确运用灌输原则和疏导方针，理顺两关系，清除认识误区，努力搞好学生思想政治工作就显得尤为重要，具有巨大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The Inculcating principle is an important principle of ideological and political education. The Dredging principle is a valuable experience and fundamental principle of ideological and political work that our party concluded in the long-time revolutionary practice. In the new historical period, faced with the new situations and problems, people engaged in ideological and political work should constantly stick to and correctly use the inculcating and dredging principles. It is more significant and useful for them to manage and settle the relationship between the two, get rid of the cognitive misunderstanding and try their best to do ideological and political work well. |
