| 摘 要： | 学生会是学生自治管理组织,本文试从"无为"的角度来剖析学生会自治管理,旨在通过建立"无为而治,无为而自治"的自治管理模式来整合优化学生会的组织结构,加强学生会以其自治性一以贯之的组织功能、感情疏通功能、指导功能、"参谋"功能的建设,探索出一条适应新形势下学生会自治管理工作的新方法。
