| 摘 要： | 师资是现代大学不断前进的动力,民办高校师资队伍管理具有专兼结合使用、双师素质要求和动态实施管理的特征。民办高等教育的兴起和发展,与国家的政治、经济生活有着密切的联系,是市场经济的产物,因而决定了在师资队伍建设方面应有自身特色,通过对师资队伍建设中存在的优劣势比较和分析,提出了应对的策略与措施。

| Abstract: | Teachers are the driving force and the foundation of the elevation of a modern university.Civilian-run colleges and universities have their own characteristics in the building of the ranks of teachers.This paper poses the corresponding strategies and measures of building the ranks of teachers,by comparing and analyzing the strong and weak points of civilian-run colleges and universities in the building of the ranks of teachers. |
