| 摘 要： | 语言与思维关系密切。语言的差异是思维方式差异的表现形式。英汉两种语言中的缩略词语是一种反映社会发展和文化变迁的特殊语言现象。本文以英汉缩略词语的构建方式为依据,对其进行归纳分类,分析比较英汉缩略词语在组合成分、组合特点、组合方式及组合结果几方面存在的差异,从中透视出中西思维方式的差异,这种语言的差异与两个民族思维方式的差异具有一致性。

| Abstract: | Language and thought are closely interrelated.The differences in languages represent the differences in modes of thinking.The shortening in English and Chinese is a special language phenomenon which reflects social development and cultural changes.On the basis of the construction ways and classification of the types of English and Chinese shortenings,this paper analyses and contrasts the differences between English and Chinese shortenings in combined components,characters,ways and results,by which,Sino-western differences in thinking modes are shown clearly.It proves that the differences in languages are consistent with the ones in thinking modes of two nations. |
