| 摘 要： | 体育组织化是化的扩展，组织化的延伸，却又自成体系。体育组织化是一个宏观的体育管理的新理念，它渗透在人类的体育管理实践活动之中，既体现在作为隐性的体育意识形态之中，也体现在作为显性的体育制度性结构之中。处于转型期的中国体育组织化研究比较薄弱，相关研究成果较少，体育织织化亟需进一步加强。

| Abstract: | Sports organizational culture is the expansion and the extension of culture,but it established its own system.Sports organizational culture is a new concept of macro sports management and it penetrates the practical activity of human sports management.Its embodiment is in the sports ideology as the recessiveness,and reflects in the institutional structure of sports as the dominance.The study of sports organizational culture is weak and the relevant research results are rare and it should be strengthened further. |
