| 摘 要： | 采用文献和观察测量法,以部分110 m栏项目运动员为研究对象,目的在于探究起跑反应潜伏期、起跑反应时、起跑运动时、起跑判定时及压力阀值等起跑抢跑判定的相关参数对我国优秀短跑运动员起跑训练和比赛的影响,发现起跑判定时刻及压力阀值的测量与设定对运动员起跑抢跑判定有重要意义,提出国内比赛中不要提高起跑抢跑判定压力阀值,而且运动员在起跑训练中,应加强对电子起跑监视系统的适应性训练,改变"压枪跑"观念,以适应"零抢跑"规则。 |
