摘    要:文章通过实验研究得出结论小强度耐力训练显著提高慢肌的抗氧化能力;大强度耐力训练显著提高快肌的抗氧化能力。另外,抗氧化酶及MDA含量不仅受强度的影响,而且与肌纤维类型也有密切关系。

Abstract:Articles by experimental studies concluded:the anti-oxidation capacity in slow muscle of rats in LG was obviously improved.The anti-oxidation capacity in fast muscle of rats in HG was obviously improved;in addition,SOD,GSH activity and MDA content are influenced not only by intensity,but have close relation with muscle types as well.
