| 摘 要： | 农村征地拆迁中的利益冲突是当前我国社会矛盾的一个突出表现,在这一冲突过程中各方利益诉求既有合理的一面,也有过于强化自身利益的一面。政府在利益冲突中充当了利益参与者的角色,注定其无法成为公正的仲裁者,导致矛盾进一步复杂化。因此,需要建立社会第三方的利益协调和裁决机制,使政府与社会成员之间的矛盾冲突有缓冲余地。

| Abstract: | Conflicts of interest in rural land acquisition is a prominent feature of China＇s current social contradictions. In the course of this conflict,both parties are justified to defend their reasonable interest demands,but in a lot of the cases,the parties are inclined to show an over emphasis on their own interest,thus leading to the conflicts. As a stakeholder in the conflicts,the government could not serve as an independent arbiter,making the contradiction even more complicated. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a mechanism of introducing a third party for coordination and arbitration so as to relieve the conflicts between the government and members of society. |
